At KiarCare, we aim to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within South Africa usually takes 3–5 working days, depending on the destination and courier partner.
We currently ship nationwide via trusted courier services. Customers will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp once their order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
Refund Policy
We care about your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@kiarcare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Refunds or exchanges are approved only for: • Damaged or defective products upon delivery • Incorrect items shipped
To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds (when approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used skincare or hair products.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
