At KiarCare, every product is crafted with care, precision, and love to help you glow with confidence. However, we understand that sometimes you may need assistance with your order. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below:
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (skincare, cosmetics, and wigs), we maintain a strict no-refund policy once items have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds are only applicable if:
• You receive the wrong item, or
• Your order arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing (hello@kiarcare.com or kiarcare01@gmail.com)
Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief explanation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after review and confirmation.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped yet.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
To request a cancellation, email hello@kiarcare.com immediately with your order details.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for hygiene reasons, but if your item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it once verified.

KiarCare reserves the right to reject refund or cancellation requests that don’t meet these conditions.
